For Aprils Bottle Share, we’re exploring wines from the Southern Hemisphere, where seasons flip, traditions evolve, and winemakers often take a slightly more adventurous approach. From coastal vineyards to high-altitude sites, these regions produce wines that are vibrant, expressive, and sometimes wonderfully unexpected.

Each guest should bring one bottle from a Southern Hemisphere country to share with the group. Think Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina, South Africa, or beyond. Classic grapes, obscure varieties, old vines, new projects—everything is welcome as long as it comes from below the equator.

The idea is simple: open great bottles, taste widely, and talk wine with a curious group of fellow drinkers. Expect plenty of side-by-side comparisons, a few surprises, and the kind of conversation that only happens when ten wine lovers are passing bottles around a table.
