Something is brewing at Crush Pad.
This Halloween, the lights go low, the costumes come out, and our core four sommeliers step into the shadows for a wine tasting unlike anything we’ve done before.
Brian. Jessica. A.J. Lezlee.
Four sommeliers. Four wines. Four stories you probably won’t hear at your average wine class.
Each sommelier will take the lead on one wine, revealing a bottle chosen for its wild story, strange history, spooky setting, mysterious origins, or just plain weirdness.
What are we pouring?
We’re not telling you.
That’s part of the fun.
You’ll get four wines selected specifically for the season, each with a story lurking behind the label. Maybe it’s a haunted vineyard. Maybe a cursed bottle. Maybe a grape that nearly disappeared. Maybe something happened in the cellar that nobody can quite explain.
And there may be a bonus lurking in the darkness.
Expect wine knowledge. Unexpected history. Strange places. Unusual grapes. A few things that go bump in the night.
And, naturally, costumes are encouraged because it’s Halloween and we have standards.
This isn’t a class for the predictable.
It’s for the wild, the weird, the curious, and anyone who likes their wine with a good story.
Come for the wine.
Stay for the tales.
Just don’t ask us what’s in the bottles.
Some things are better revealed by candlelight.
